Powerry, a vertically integrated holding company focused on data processing, high performance computing (HPC) solutions and artificial intelligence (AI) projects will become a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia in early October 2020. Alexis Rodzianko, President and CEO of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia and Abdumalik Mirakhmedov, CEO and co-founder of Powerry have discussed this important step for the company’s development over the online meeting on October 5, 2020.
Powerry has started its evolution in 2017 as a significant cryptocurrency miner in Kazakhstan. Now Powerry is the largest player in the market with current capacity of almost 100 MW at four own data centers located in Kazakhstan. The capacity is further scalable up to 400 MW. However, nowadays plans of the holding company go far beyond cryptocurrency project as the number of investment projects focused on cutting edge technologies in AI, HPC, and machine learning keeps growing.
